M.R Home Improvements came recommended to me by a family member. Everything was completed to a high standard and on time, our new cladding looks beautiful and my neighbours love it!

If the mention of concrete cladding makes you think of ugly, grey 1960s houses then think again. Or at least get up to date. That’s because today’s concrete panels are a world away from that. For a start they are pre-cast concrete panels which are produced off-site and delivered ready to simply install.
Not only that but, produced using fibreglass, they are denser (but lightweight and thinner), tougher and an altogether better quality than the original concrete. Appearance-wise, they look like concrete but are actually a grainy form of plastic.
This in itself is low-maintenance since it doesn’t require repainting and can be cleaned very easily using soap and water. The panels can actually be produced to imitate stone, terracotta or other forms of masonry. You will find them in arch shapes, cornices and decorative panels. And it’s not just in cladding that these new Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) panels are being produced; they’re also available as worktops and flooring.
Better still concrete cladding is an excellent insulator, meaning it’ll save you money on your utility bills. It’s also a good defence against potential rainwater penetration so that it will never rot or warp, neither will it burn or crumble on impact.
Not only is the cladding we use durable but, made from cellulose fibre sourced from FSC plantation grown trees, it’s also eco-friendly and healthier.
